We founded Lab 16-12 after noticing a recurring pattern.
Brilliant charities, universities, and purpose-led businesses were being held back by the Messy Phase – that challenging period where an ambitious vision meets the reality of implementation. When support is fragmented, with strategy coming from one place and execution from another, it creates a “fog of questions” that leaves teams overwhelmed.
Lab 16-12 was created to be the connective tissue. We provide the creative scaffolding needed to bridge the gap between “what if” and “how to” helping organisations move forward with more clarity and less friction.

Meet the Founder
Lab 16-12 is led by Angie, who brings over a decade of experience helping organisations navigate growth, change and complexity.
Their background spans brand, digital, product and programme management, with experience working across disciplines and understanding how decisions in one area shape the others. They are also Prince2 qualified, bringing formal project management expertise alongside a practical, cross-disciplinary approach.
